We have been running our weekend yoga breaks in this gorgeous venue since 2010 – when it was simply a private family home. Nestled in the Oxfordshire countryside only 1 hour from London, with views of sweeping fields, feel like you’ve stepped out of a busy chaotic life and welcomed in space and comfort to relax and revive you. Let the food nourish your being, allow the yoga from our team of expert yoga teachers help you connect to your inner and most true being to show you where you are in this moment. The silent walk in the morning giving you a chance to wake up slowly in nature is a beautiful way to energise for the day ahead. With 2 x 2 hours of yoga a day allow yourself the space to process what comes up. An invigorating walk in the afternoon to blow away the cobwebs and therapeutic massage to soothe aching muscles, feel like you are getting an emotional and physical MOT. Allow this wellbeing and yoga retreat to permeate your inner being, allow yourself to switch off, unwind, and let go. Take these 2 or 3 nights as an opportunity to nourish yourself inside and out.
