The Food

We want you to relish and enjoy the food, especially after a two hour yoga practice or long country walk. We also want it to be nutritionally sound and match the aim of enhancing how you feel by the end of the retreat. Therefore, the food will be healthy, light yet nourishing vegetarian food with our menu designed by The Detox Kitchen.

We are delighted to be collaborating with The Detox Kitchen and their wonderful chef and founder Lily Simpson is designing the menus. For those not familiar with The Detox Kitchen, they are taking London by storm with their nutritious fare. Lily and her team create revitalising recipes free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar that are now stocked everywhere from their new flagship store in Fitzrovia, boutique deli in Soho, Selfridges and Planet Organic.

There will be two main meals a day and plenty of healthy snacks and nibbles to keep hunger at bay.
