The Yoga

Using yoga, meditation, nature and nourishment, Saskia will guide us and teach us how to use the new year as a powerful time for introspection and growth.  She will bring emphasis to inverted postures, working with both the dynamic and the subtle bodies to restore, rejuvenate and align ourselves to the season.

Expect strong and dynamic morning vinyasa practices to breathe, warm and uncoil followed by a deep, evening restorative practice to penetrate and release us from our inner-most holdings.

Expect warming, nourishing, cleansing foods, bonfires to warm your cockles, woodland stomps, treats and surprises.

Expect connections, giggles and rejuvenation.
