Guests may arrive any time from 3pm

3pm Tea on arrival / settle in to your rooms, meet the hosts
4pm – 5pm Yoga

5-8pm Relax – enjoy a treatment, walk in the garden, relax in the Drawing room, read in the Library, relax in a hot bath, have a snooze, it’s up to you! Tea and a light snack will be available during this time.
8pm Dinner
9pm Opening Ceremony & Meditation

SATURDAY 19th March 2016

7.30am Morning meditation and pranayama practice
8 am Tea break & snack
8.30am Asana practice
10.30am Brunch
1pm Optional led country walk
2pm – 5.30pm Downtime (as above)
5.45pm Yoga Practice
7.30pm Dinner
8.30pm Fire side talks

SUNDAY 20th March 2016

7.30am morning meditation and pranayama practice
8 am Tea break & snack
8.30am Asana practice
10.30am Brunch
12pm Optional led country walk
2.30 pm Final Yoga Practice and Closing Ceremony

4pm Departure

Post-script

Your time, is well, your time. We want you to enjoy the weekend to the fullest extent, therefore, it really is up to you, whether you want to join for the country walks or luxuriate in a hot bath or sit by the fire in the library reading your book. We do recommend that you attend all the yoga classes but if you feel your body needs a break we respect this. There will be plenty of support on the retreat from Saskia, Natalie and Alicia for the duration of your retreat.
